Abstract Technological diffusion is changed into an important factor for development of regional High tech industry and for sustainable regional economic development.As time goes on, the speed of technological diffusion presents "S" mode.This paper describes the development and state of technological diffusion and the technological diffusion centre with different ranks in the technical and economic developed Yangtse Delta.On this basis this paper is intended to give attention to technological diffusion, establishment of regional technological diffusion system and playing a major role in enhancing the interregional technical cooperation in the Yangtse Delta.
